Delivery Optimisation

Assessment of existing delivery methodologies and how this aligned to overall business workflow (from marketing and sales, via consulting delivery through to service and support). Review of existing digital assets that supported the project management and delivery teams, identifying gaps and areas for adaptation and change.

Suggestions for changes presented and prioritised with the delivery team leads and business stakeholders.

Introduction of an end-to-end project/delivery management framework (including revised digital assets package) with identification of the need of a companion framework specific to technical teams.
